Oh, I see. Still doesn't relate to what she was saying. This stamp implies deviantART is saying you need a subscription to be an artist.

It doesn't say, "Needs premium membership to be an artist", it is only saying you lack a premium membership.

So no, no one said anyone needed a premium membership to be an artist.
